The evening

6:00 to 6:30
Red carpet and VIP arrival
Coat check, the carpet, photos at the step and repeat, then check in.
6:30 to 7:00
Doors and cocktail hour
Bellinis. General check in is on the right as you come in.
7:00 to 7:15
Take your seats
Captains will guide you to your table.
7:15 to 8:15
Dinner
Three courses. Welcome from Debbie Pearce and Joan Morales at 7:15.
8:15 to 9:30
The awards
Our host opens, then fourteen awards and the Golden Envelope draw, then closing remarks.
9:30 to 10:00
Bar stays open
The room closes at ten.

Your team walks the carpet

Partner reps are welcome from 6:00 and are invited to walk the red carpet alongside our guests. Come early, get your photos at the step and repeat, then check in at the foot of the mezzanine stairs and head up for the VIP reception, which runs 6:00 to 7:00.

Getting in the door

The order matters. Coat check first, because you will be photographed at the end of the carpet.

Coat check
Just inside the entrance, to the left of the carpet, beside the AV booth. Drop everything first.

The carpet
The carpet runs up the center of the room, between the two blocks of tables, straight toward the stage. The step and repeat stands at the far end of it, directly in front of the stage. That is where your photos are taken.

Check in
After the step and repeat, head for the mezzanine stairs. Check in at the tallboy at the foot of the stairs on your way up. That is where you collect your table number.

Upstairs
The VIP reception runs upstairs from 6:00 to 7:00, with its own bar. Not walking the carpet? Check in at the desk by the entrance instead.

The room

The carpet splits the room. Partner tables are marked in gold, hosted tables are unmarked. Your table number is given to you at check in.

The step and repeat works the head of the carpet during arrivals, then moves to its second position for the rest of the night. Four bars: one on the mezzanine for the VIP reception, and three on the main floor. Table numbers are current as of September 10.

The award block

Fourteen awards in this order, with the Golden Envelope draw as a break in the middle. Results are sealed until the night. Nobody at your table knows, and neither do we.
